What you should know about trust

 It is no news how difficult it is to give someone a second chance after they’ve hurt us so bad to the extent hearing just a word from their lips seems threatening to us. We have grown to hate them and lose interest in them. We have lost that trust that we felt for them in the past because we’re scared they will hurt us again. 

It’s normal to lose faith in someone and move on with our lives forgetting we ever met them. There is one thing I have learnt about trust and if I am to share now, it is basically that trust is as fragile as a ceramic and if not handle will care can get shattered and never reformed to its initial state. It’s one to thing to hurt one and it’s another to lose trust in someone. Sometimes when someone hurt us we lose trust in them because the thought of “Why did you even do this?!” keeps troubling our mind. 

No one wants to be hurt twice. No normal human being would want to. This is why when a relationship breaks due to lack of trust, when such couples get back together the relationship can never be the same because the beauty and strength of trust is no more there. And as we all know, trust is very important in a relationship. 

If there one thing we human beings should learn, it’s to learn how to uphold someone’s trust especially one we care about. We need to learn how to care for people just as we care for ourselves. If we care for someone and also consider their feelings, we won’t think of breaking the trust bonding is both. No one needs to tell you the sort of ruin that will occur if such trust breaks really bad! 

It’s not all the time trust is broken purposely, sometimes it is broken because we try to help protect this person we care about, we try avoiding causing this person paid and that’s why we took this step in doing thing behind the person’s back. But at the end what do we gain, cries, insult, the “And I trusted you...” word. Well, if you really had to do what you did to help them they will surely understand soon and even have more trust in you because you too that risk to help them but if you did it for a really selfish deed. Well hmmm.... I guess that the end of the relation you both share.

 Emotional Trauma has never been a pleasant thing to occur to anyone at all. Most of the time, this is often triggered by ones past experiences, some sort of abuse which affects one mentally or in other cases loneliness.
