SUICIDE DOESN'T END YOUR SUFFERING


Hello all. It is really of great delight to have you all in my blog. In the past, I treated topics that dealt with emotions, depression, frustration but then it never occurred in my mind to bring up the topic on suicide. 

According to Research, one person dies of suicide every 40 seconds. The most reason for suicide however is caused by emotional imbalance or poor mental state. Human beings are not hundred percent normal by nature. It is very easy to be lured into such an act even when you fight against it. The thoughts of all hopes being gone, the thoughts of guilt, the thoughts of environmental or physical factors can lure you to take this step. 

Most people who commit suicide (according to my opinion) often have the thought of ending whatever pain they inflict in someone. It could be in themselves or some other people close to them. According to their mental state at that moment, suicide is the solution to what is going on with them mentally. Let's be realistic here, it is not a solution at all because when you commit suicide you not only end your life you also end your purpose of living. Aside ending your purpose of living, you harm those who really care about you. 

This takes me down the memory lane to when I had initially written on emotional trauma. When one wants to commit suicide, the thoughts that run through his or her head is"No one needs me in this world. Ones I am gone, I won't be a burden anymore or ones I die, no one will care anyways". Realistically, when we are depressed, we don't realized those who care about us. We are shut in our emotional world judging everyone wrongly and feeling everyone has turned their backs on us. We are often wrong per our judgement towards the world. There are billions if not trillions of people in this world. You cannot limit yourself to toxic friends or toxic relationships and conclude everything is over. Everyone has been in bad relationships and I assure you, happily married couples or successful entrepreneurs went through this phase you are in. They as human beings had the thought of giving up their dreams or just staying low key all together because they are tired of life as well but the trick is, they never let it get into their head. They avoided this ridiculous thoughts because they believed the world is way too big to limit yourself or your time to people that aren't just worth it. 

When one commits suicide, there could be regrets afterwards while they die slowly. Just imagine a guy struggling for his life while hanging himself or a lady battling for her life after consuming a toxic substance. Naturally as humans, it's not in our place to end our lives like that. It has never been in our place to decide our end like that. It is the most unnatural and inappropriate rule against nature. This why your body often tries to fight against anything that isn't in place. Your conscience hesitates and strikes you so hard demanding you turn the table around. If you love yourself so much, you will never spend your day hurting your mind with thoughts that will make you weep or feel regrets. Make yourself happy by improving yourself. Move on and make up for your mistakes by helping others facing it. If relationship is not your thing, do not get into it. If you don't like a job, do not do it. If you like a skill or you are being restrained from pursuing your dreams, please just pursue your dreams. 

 Your mind could be your best friend and also your worst enemy. Whatever you fill it with, determines how you will perceive everyone. If you start day with a positive thought of achieving something good, you will go to bed at night in smiles. But if you start it with a gloomy and negative thought, the urge to stay inside and restrict yourself from people will set in and unfortunately an ideal mind is the Devil's workshop.
