LONELY ME! MY FAULT?

Do you know the worst feelings one could ever have in ones lifetime? My dear, it's being lonely. If you've got no one to talk to other than to sit on your bed all day and stare at your screen or TV, you're definitely lonely. Loneliness can really have effect on the health in terms of thinking, mental stress and positivity. When we're lonely we feel the world has just not decided to pay attention to us. It's more like, we are all alone by ourselves and we have no one. The truth is, every human being is entitled to his or her own decisions and well being. Being lonely is a normal thing at times, but it's best to avoid being lonely and try to socialize with people. Socializing with people gives birth to new ideas and new view of things. 50 percent of lonely people who stepped out of their comfort zone to socialize tended to feel good about it and got reluctant to fall back to their old habit. Being social active makes you live longer and look younger due to the feeling of happiness in you. Being lonely can also have a positive effect too. Successful men out there, took time off their social life to think about their lives, plans and family well being. If you cut contact with people and just decide to be by yourself, thoughts and solutions which never occurred to you while you were busy laughing with friends tends to fly in. Be social active and also be a little off social life for a while. Do not over do the both though because you might end up hating yourself.

  1. I have always been lonely, and "socializing" it not as easy at it sounds. I am a bit better than before, and the only negative impact it have one me is, sometimes it just feels like there is no reason of living, when I am troubled and there is no.one to turn to, it really depressing. But on the bright side, I get be always be with my self, which is not so bad.

    1. I had a problem with socializing too especially due to the way I was brought up. It's difficult to adapt to situations you aren't use to, that's why it's best to socialize mostly with those you feel comfortable with. Thanks for reading
